Orders are shipped out in the order they are processed. Please view your tracking information sent via email to track your package. Please email info@shopbrowngirlbeauty.com if you have any questions. Please note that once we ship an order, we no longer have control of the package. We will not be responsible for any USPS/FedEx/carrier damages to the package, or shipment delays due to weather or post office delays. We are not responsible for lost packages by USPS or any shipping carrier. For lost packages, you will need to contact the shipping carrier provided.
